Shipping Information
We pride ourselves on our efficient delivery service. Most orders are shipped same day for next day delivery to the UK Mainland. For overseas shipments we will provide an estimate on your order acknowledgement or you can contact us for an estimate prior to ordering. All parcels are shipped with tracking. Next-day deliveries are next working day (Mon-Fri). Unfortunately next-day is a best endeavour and not a guaranteed service due to courier staff shortages. If you need a guaranteed next-day delivery please contact us and we can organise a special delivery for you.
For shipments leaving the EU there may be Import Duties and Taxes payable. It is the responsibility of the consignee to pay these fees. The consignee will be contacted directly by the delivery courier if there are fees due.
Delivery Costs
All delivery costs are calculated on checkout based on your location. You have the chance to review the delivery options and costs before you finalise your order.
Collections
If you are local or would prefer to use your own courier services you can always collect your goods direct from our warehouse. Please arrange this in advance by contacting our sales team. Please do not just show up or arrange a courier to collect without prior authorisation from someone at VSIP.
